- Reports directly to the Planning Manager.
- Oversees the planning of the overall project schedule.
- Reviews and monitors the progress of production, delivery, and installation of Precast Segmental Method bridges, along with advanced works related to Road Diversion and Utility Diversion.
- Manages the overall program, assesses, reports, and tracks the schedule to identify potential risks and control the project's progress.
- Coordinates with clients to explain any delays, identify potential risks, and propose mitigation strategies, ensuring a thorough understanding of the work sequence and resource planning.
- Candidate must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.
- Candidate must have at least 5 years of relevant experience in infrastructure projects.
- Candidate must be familiar and experience in Primavera V6 software to do construction planning and scheduling.
- Experience in the design and construction of at-grade roads, widening projects, including junction improvements and the realignment or reconstruction of slip and service roads.
- Experience in designing and constructing new vehicular viaducts, ramps, and other road bridge-related works.
- Familiarity with all phases of the development cycle for LTA Design and Build projects.
