Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that all foods cooked are of excellent quality and served in a timely manner.
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive guest service while supporting fellow Colleagues.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude with a passion and take pride in the role and responsibility.
- Overseeing all kitchen operations.
- Taking stock of ingredients and equipment and placing orders to replenish stock.
- Maintain cleanliness and the hygiene of the kitchen
- Receiving feedback and making improvements where necessary.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
Requirements:
- Preferably someone with past experience as a Cook or Chef de Partie
- Expert multitasking ability.
- Good communications skills
- Be punctual and well disciplined
- Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes
