- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 4+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer, System Administrator, or in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with server, network, and storage systems (e.g., Linux/Windows servers, cloud platforms, etc.).
- Understanding of Internal telephony (IPC, Cloud9 , Avaya)
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in system administration for Linux, Windows, and/or Unix-based systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Experience with system monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, or others).
