As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Finance and HR Executive to join our dynamic team in Singapore. This role is integral to ensuring smooth financial operations and HR practices, contributing to the success of a fast-growing company in the renewable energy sector.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance and HR Executive to join our team. In this dual-role position, you will oversee both the financial operations and human resource functions of the company, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will play a key role in supporting the company's growth by managing its financial health and fostering a positive workplace culture.
As a Finance and HR Executive, you will be responsible for streamlining financial processes, administering payroll and employee benefits, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations, and developing HR policies and practices to attract, retain, and develop talent within the organization.This role is integral to the smooth functioning of our operations and creating a thriving work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance:
- Prepare monthly financial reports, manage budgets, and monitor cash flow.
- Handle accounts payable/receivable, expense reimbursements, and bank reconciliations.
- Process payroll, including CPF contributions, income tax filings, and other statutory payments.
- Support financial audits and liaise with external auditors as needed.
- Manage vendor contracts and oversee procurement processes.
Human Resources:
- Administer employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, performance reviews, and exit interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with Singapore employment laws.
- Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviews, and offer letters.
- Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring alignment with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Organize training and development programs to support employee growth.
- Manage employee benefits programs and address workplace inquiries.
Requirements:
- A degree or diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in a finance or HR role (experience in both is a strong advantage).
- Proficiency in finance tools (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and HR software.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and financial regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
