Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, and critical path analyses using project management software.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks to minimize impacts on timelines and budgets.

• Effectively allocate manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure timely project delivery within budget.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to address progress, challenges, and time-impact analysis.
• Provide regular updates and reports to ensure transparency and alignment with project goals.

• Ensure all project activities adhere to industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.

• Analyse project outcomes to identify lessons learned and recommend enhancements for future planning and execution.

• Lead and mentor site engineers and project staff to foster a collaborative and efficient team environment.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of project planning and management experience in the construction or engineering industry.
• Proven expertise in major A&A works, underpinning works, and conservation projects is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction methodologies, and project management best practices.
