Senior Product Manager (Digital)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the product strategy and roadmap for digital financial products (e.g., mobile banking, payments, wallets, lending, investing).
• Identify customer pain points and market opportunities to inform product decisions.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on data, customer feedback, and business impact.Work closely with design, engineering, and data teams to translate product requirements into clear user stories and technical specifications.
• Manage product lifecycle from ideation through development, testing, launch, and iteration.
• Ensure on-time delivery of high-quality digital experiences.
• Champion a user-centric approach in all aspects of product design and development.
• Conduct usability testing, user interviews, and A/B tests to continuously improve UX/UI.
• Collaborate with design teams to create intuitive, elegant digital interfaces.
• Define key metrics to measure product success and user engagement.
• Use analytics and customer feedback to guide ongoing improvements and inform future development.
• Deliver insights and product performance reports to senior leadership.
• Act as the product evangelist and key liaison between business, technology, and operations teams.
• Align product initiatives with business objectives and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Lead stakeholder discussions and ensure transparency across functions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
• At least 8 years of product management experience, with a strong focus on digital products in fintech or financial services.
• Proven ability to ship high-quality digital products in fast-paced, agile environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, GA, Amplitude).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for fintech innovation and emerging technologies.
