We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support our Finance Team. You will play a key role in managing day-to-day accounting tasks in a fast-paced retail environment, ensuring the accuracy of financial records and smooth financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Process invoices, payments, and staff claims.
• Reconcile daily sales from outlets and online platforms.
• Handle bank reconciliations and monitor store cash collections.
• Assist in inventory costing and stock take reconciliation.
• Support month-end closings and preparation of financial reports.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of records.
• Perform other administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in retail.
• Good knowledge of Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
