Client is a gaming company in Singapore seeking to hire a Office administrator for 1 year

• Provide administrative and coordination support
• Assisting in the documentation and data entry
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Coordinatestaff access, including staff passes and card access
• Liaise with building management office to resolve any facilities-related issue
• Any ad-hoc administrative work as and when required

• Diploma in any discipline. Candidates with relevant working experience are welcome to apply.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role, administration and customer service/hospitality.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills, with attention to detail, proactive and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to manage procurement, inventory tracking, and office supply management efficiently.
• Strong proficiency and demonstrated knowledge in MS Office suite (i.e. Outlook, PPT, Excel, Word)
• Ability to read and write Mandarin to coordinate with China stakeholders and documents
