EXECUTIVE/ SENIOR EXECUTIVE, CONTENT & DESIGN
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and enforcing aesthetic consistency and functionality standards across web pages
- Testing web pages across browsers, operating systems and devices
- Ensuring functionality and efficiency of sites and webpages
- Maintain, configure and troubleshoot web pages
- Ensure site security of permissions and login pages
- Monitor and analyse site performance
- Address user issues
- Formulating and advising solutions for users across different departments
- Testing and improving the design of the website
- Designing visual imagery for web and ensuring that they are in line with branding
- Working with different content management systems
- Designing sample pages including colors and fonts
- Arranging user training sessions and meetings
- Any other tasks as given by reporting officers
Requirements:
- Proficiency in visual design tools
- Familiarity in web programming languages such as HTML and CSS
- Good understanding of content management systems
- Good understanding of search engine optimisation principles
- Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues
- Creative and open to new ideas and learn new techniques
- Project management and organisational skills
- A team player and yet able to work independently
- Strong foundational IT skills
- Meticulous and diligent
- Good command of English and communication skills
- Result-oriented and able to work under pressure

The successful candidate will be appointed on a one-year probationary contract in the first instance.
