Purpose of the role, summary
  1. This position is expected to formulate effective sales strategies to manage existing customer base and to hunt for new-new customers in the designated location/ verticals/ segments.
  2. The key responsibility is to achieve sales targets and other assigned KPIs.
  3. Work closely with Sales Manager to help develop and drive sales strategy for the company
  4. Serve as an adviser to the company's Business Leaders and identify opportunity/risk for the company.
  5. Be a key spokesperson of Bufab solutions and brand.
  6. Be seen as a Solutionist and a trusted partner of our customers.

Expected outcomes:

  1. Understand customer needs/ issues to identify business opportunity and to propose value-based solution to key customers (ask the right questions to get insight)
  2. Actively participate in customer's R&D process and become a trusted advisor to customer hence to build a win-win long term relationship
  3. Manage relationships with customers and develop strong rapport with key and strategic accounts
  4. Actively introduce and promote Bufab digital tools and logistics tools to customers
  5. Handle customers in a structure and smart way by prioritizing customers and developing sales strategy and focus in the country
  6. Creative selling in offering solution-based services to customers, assessing risks with effective planning and project management
  7. Monitor industry trends and analyse market demand to generate accurate forecast
  8. Develop and strengthen healthy sales pipeline
  9. Uphold professionalism in selling and key account management, promote Bufab's brand name and participate in trade promotion events when needed
  10. Achieving business targets and continuously improve work efficiency by well planning and work smart
  11. To perform other tasks assigned by the respective supervisor or management

Required Qualifications & Competencies:

  1. Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering discipline or business management. Mechanical degree preferred.
  2. Minimum 3 years' experience in a sales role with strong preference in industrial or manufacturing industries
  3. Fluent in English communication both written and verbal
  4. Good communicator and can make yourself understood at any level of the business
  5. Good listener, outstanding presentation and negotiation skills
  6. Problem-solver with "can-do" attitude
  7. Experience in supporting multi-functional projects in an international work environment with remote locations
  8. Positive mindset, with a strong interest in developing relationships with stakeholders
  9. Ambition to be a part of an international, highly engaged team
  10. Ability to drive change processes
  11. Effective time and stress management, able to handle multi-tasks in a fast-paced working environment
  12. Good sense of supply chain management and quality assurance
  13. Computer literacy both in Microsoft Office and CRM software
