As the Assistant Manager, Office Support (Medical), you will be responsible for the following duties:

Collaborate with leadership to design and implement operational strategies that align with organizational priorities in healthcare delivery and patient outcomes.
Facilitate interdepartmental coordination to advance key programs, ensuring seamless execution across clinical and administrative teams.
Act as a primary contact for partnerships with internal departments and external entities to support policy development and process improvements.
Oversee essential operational functions, including:

Scheduling and documentation for leadership meetings.
Maintenance of digital platforms and data systems.

Contribute to special assignments as delegated by senior leadership.

Requirements

Good basic degree
At least 5 years experience in healthcare
