Be the Brand custodian of PSB Academy and its partners / joint ventures locally and regionally.

Lead the execution of local and regional communications strategies and Public Relations efforts to grow media share of voice in both traditional and new media.
Build and manage media relationships with key news media as relevant influencers/KOLs.
Work with and manage relationships with Public Relations agency and other vendors/partners to ensure positive outcomes aligned to communications objectives.
Review all communications (visuals and copies) to ensure content compliance and accuracy.
Own and update Brand Guide and ensure compliance to all marketing initiatives.
Develop and execute corporate communications to both internal and external stakeholders.
Co-manage social media content and content calendar, including coordination with other key stakeholders of social media assets.
Stay up to date with the latest Public Relations and social media best practices and technologies.
Manage social listening, provide timely response and course of action where necessary.
Assist in maintaining and updating contents on Website and other owned assets where applicable/appropriate.
Update and implement work processes and policies in Marketing and Corporate Communications.
Perform other ad-hoc duties within Marketing such as support for events.

Requirements

Degree in Marketing, Public Relations and Journalism or relevant field
At least 5 years of related Brand, Communications, Public Relations, Social Media and Content Management experience
Creative thinking and curiosity to push new angles
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Fluent in English
Strong knowledge in Microsoft applications, especially Excel.
Basic knowledge in design tools such as Photoshop and AI is advantageous.
Experience with tools such HubSpot and any social listening tools is advantageous.
Able to multitask with good time and projectmanagement skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Great interpersonal and communication skills.
Team player who can work independently.
Experience in the Education/Service industry or Public Relations/Digital Agency is preferred.
