Design Engineer - Civil Engineer (Contract) - Bukit Batok

Our client, a Japanese construction company, is seeking a Design Engineer on a contractual basis, depending on project needs.

Working Location: Changi / Tuas (Depending on the project site)

• Design and review civil and structural designs based on customer specifications and applicable standards.
• Prepare tender specifications and design requirements, supporting tender preparation.
• Develop detailed designs for buildings and civil infrastructure.
• Collaborate with the QP to develop civil and structural design plans.
• Coordinate with government agencies, developers, and contractors.
• Manage project planning, implementation, and progress tracking.
• Oversee application processes and construction phases.

• Annual Leave: 15 days (Will be on pro-rated basis)
• Medical Leave: 14 days (Will be on pro-rated basis)

【 Requirement & Preferences 】

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least 10 years of experience as a Design Engineer in the civil engineering field in Singapore.
• Strong knowledge of PUB, LTA, BCA regulations, and Eurocode standards.
• Proficiency in engineering software, including STAAD Pro, Plaxis 2D/3D, AutoCAD, and Seep/W & Sigma.

• Experience with GeoStudio (Slope/W).
