We are currently partnering with a leading financial services firm who offer financing solutions for global infrastructure projects.
They are looking to hire a candidate into their finance team with responsibility for all aspects of Financial Reporting. This role will be responsible for supporting the following: Maintain full set of accounts, ensuring accurate and complete records for stand-alone entities and Group consolidation.
Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to Senior Management Act as subject matter expert in group consolidation and securitisation accounting, with strong knowledge of financial instruments and capital/operating expenditure standards.
Oversee Service Company cost allocation, ensuring compliance with transfer pricing rules. Collaborate with tax agents to ensure accurate, timely completion of transfer pricing documentation. Maintain strong understanding of corporate tax and transfer pricing rules, ensuring accurate tax reporting in coordination with tax agents.
Oversee timely completion of annual audited financial statements. Manage all Group tax matters, including corporate tax, transfer pricing, GST, and withholding tax. Maintain an efficient tax structure, leveraging applicable tax concessions and schemes.

Continuously review and enhance existing workflows for efficiency. To be eligible for this role you will require Degree in Accountancy, Chartered Accountant, or equivalent professional qualification.
