Business Development Manager / Senior Manager (Product Development)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research on new product developments and prepare analysis to provide insights on market trends, differentiating product proposition and competitive comparisons to support new product development.
• Support product sourcing to test out new product ideas or get feedback on existing products.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders on product roadmap strategic planning i.e. from the product implementation workgroup (e.g. distribution, operations, actuarial and product marketing) to channel inputs into the product proposition, manage delivery timeline and resolve any implementation issues
• Support the Product Lead in the product review/performance and marketing initiatives such as campaigns and reviewing of materials, providing inputs, etc.
• Ensure all KPI’s are met.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in business development.
• Knowledge in household products will be preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with key stakeholders.
• Driven, motivated, and with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Highly adaptable and enjoys working in a fast-paced organisation.
• Strong work ethic and proactive.
