Field Service Technician - Gear Motor / Mechanical - Bukit Batok

Location: Near Gul Circle MRT

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of indoor and outdoor service tasks including commissioning, repairs, troubleshooting, inspections, modifications, and warranty checks.
• Assemble and disassemble mechanical units.
• Prepare detailed service reports for customer jobs.
• Conduct training sessions for customers on the proper use and maintenance of our products.
• Investigate and resolve product-related issues and recommend solutions.
• Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment.
• Occasionally travel overseas for service support (ad hoc basis).
• Be prepared to work at heights for some on-site service jobs.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Able to read blueprint, 3D, understand mechanical schematic diagram, knowledge in calculation of torque, understand gear, motor and invertor
• Basic proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Hands-on mechanical skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
• Willingness to travel and perform on-site service work when needed.
• Willing to be on standby during weekends and public holidays.
• Able to do physical work and comfortable with working at heights.
