Senior Leasing Executive - Bedok

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic leasing plans to maximize occupancy and rental income
• Identify target tenants and actively pursue new leasing opportunities
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends
• Prepare leasing proposals and negotiate lease terms and conditions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants
• Address tenant inquiries and concerns
• Monitor and track tenants' performance and compliance with lease agreements
• Prepare leasing budgets and forecasts
• Track leasing performance against budgets
• Ensure timely rent payments from tenants - arrears management
• Provide regular leasing reports and updates to management

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Building Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of leasing experience in commercial or retail property
• Proven track record in achieving leasing targets and managing tenant relationships
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Knowledge of lease terms, legal requirements, and property management principles
• Independent, proactive, and results-oriented
