Operations Manager / Deputy Operations Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Operations Manager / Deputy Operations Manager to oversee the operations of our enrichment centres. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth centre operations, driving enrolment, enhancing customer experience, and maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Enrolment & Centre Operations

• Lead and manage student enrolment, with a focus on increasing intake and reducing dropouts.
• Oversee all aspects of centre operations, including class scheduling, teacher allocation, and administrative functions.
• Ensure efficient implementation of operational policies and standard operating procedures.

1. Customer Experience & Engagement

• Maintain high standards of customer service to ensure a positive experience for students and parents.
• Build and nurture strong relationships between parents and centre staff through regular communication and engagement initiatives.
• Plan and oversee customer-centric events and activities to enhance community engagement.

1. Centre Management & Business Coordination

• Oversee facility management and ensure a consistent brand image across all centres.
• Collaborate with headquarters to implement policies, initiatives, and operational improvements.
• Monitor business performance, prepare reports, and provide updates to headquarters through regular reporting and meetings.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Strong leadership and operational management skills.
• Experience in education, enrichment, or service-oriented industries preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship management abilities.
• Ability to drive enrolment and enhance customer engagement strategies.
• Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Min diploma level education.
• Familiarity with student management system and IT systems will be advantageous.
• Proficient in microsoft excel, word and powerpoint.
