Investment Operations Analyst - Geylang

Portfolio Reporting and Managment:

• Performance Management reporting
• Cash Flow reporting & Management
• Produce comprehensive reports on investment performances, risk metrics and compliance for stakeholders
• Cash & Security Position Reconciliation
• Support Investment Management activities via deal due diligence and tracking market trends.
• Regularly generate analytics reports on various performance

Oversight of Portfolio Management System (Bloomberg):

• System Management: Assist the investment analyst in managing and maintaining the management system, ensuring data processing accuracy and efficiency.
• Technical Support: Collaborate with relevant teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the portfolio management system.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounts from NUS / NTU /SMU etc is required.
• 1-2years of internship/ Full time experience in Finance/ Investment Operations roles, ideally with exposure to financial management
• High Calibre freshers are welcome to apply
• Strong understanding of accounting standards, general corporate law, financial principles, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage complex projects effectively
• Proficiency in financial analysis tools, accounting software, Bloomberg and Microsoft office suite.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced investment operations environment
• Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to identify operational inefficiencies, develop solutions, and implement process improvements is crucial for optimizing investment operations and enhancing efficiency.
• Self-motivated, hands-on, takes initiative and be able to work independently.
