Our client is a Japanese Automotive Manufacturing company. They are currently looking for an Accounts Executive. This is a maternity cover for 6 months (May to November).
【 Responsibilities 】- Review and post manual invoice in system
- Perform Accounts Receivable closing and report
- Review and post manual invoice in system
- Input miscellaneous invoice for approval
- Prepare payment to suppliers
- Perform Accounts Payable closing and report
- Liaise with vendor for monthly reconciliation
- Prepare bank reconciliation
- Prepare sales reconciliation
- Prepare sales and purchase reports
- Conduct UAT for relevant module
- Annual Leave (7 days)
- Medical Leave (as per statutory requirements)
(Must)
- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy, Finance or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a partial set of the accounting function
- Possess knowledge and understand operations in Corporate Finance & Accounting, including Taxation
- Experience working in the trading or service industry
- Proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking counterparts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to commence work within short notice
- Prior working experience in a Japanese company
