Customer Service Executive
Roles & ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Executive (Document Specialist) to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing immigration documents, ensuring compliance with Singapore's immigration regulations, and coordinating with relevant authorities and internal stakeholdersKey Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end immigration application cycles, from content development to final service delivery.Liaising with the client to gather all document packages for the client.Conducting handovers and running through the final document package to the client
Adept at copywriting to prepare document packages for the clients
Attend to clients' queries and the completion of the formalities during and post submission
Other duties as assigned by the company
Job requirements: Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.Strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work under tight deadlinesKindly apply online or send in your updated CV
