Urgent!! Customer Service Administrator (Diploma / transport provided)_cp1 - Choa Chu Kang
Responsibilities:
a)Responsible for setting up new customers in CRM and ensuring compliance with company policies
b)Liaison between sales and production for incoming customer lots, including communication with the customers on receipting, forecasting
c)Data entry and record management using the Navision ERP system for customer jobs
d)Generation of the final customer statement and invoicing
e)Communication with customer and company staff on pricing and transfers
f)Payment preparation
g)Management of customer complaints
Requirements:
a)Minimum Diploma holder in Business Administration preferred
b)At least 2 years of working experience including Customer service experience
c)Good communication and interpersonal skills in English required; Mandarin desirable.
d)Customer service oriented
Remuneration:
- Basic + AWS + VB
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am – 5pm)
- Company transport provided
