Childcare Principal ( Private Centre ) - Yishun

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Principal to lead our childcare.

• Oversee the daily operations of the childcare
• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of educators and support staff
• Drive curriculum planning and ensure alignment with the EYDF, NEL, Spark and ECDA guidelines
• Partner with parents to build trust and share children’s learning journeys
• Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for every child and staff member

Who You Are:

• A strong passion for early childhood education and leadership.
• Attained Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Centre Leadership (ADECL) or Diploma in Childcare Education
• Have at least 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with 2–3 years in a leadership position
• Strong knowledge of curriculum planning, pedagogy, and compliance with ECDA licensing regulations.
• Spark experience preferred
• A team leader as well as a team player
