Vice President, Business Administration & Planning - Tampines

Key Job Purpose :

• Responsible for Business Planning, incl. Action Plans, Annual and Mid Term Business Plans
• Oversee Corporate Control Functions, such as Internal Audit
• Ensure continuous improvement of Management System, incl. Risk Management and Compliance

Job Responsibilities:

• Set up regional business and action plans, monitor progress on monthly basis
• Planning and monitoring of new business operations, such as new affiliates, M&A or similar
• Develop the management system in AP region, incl. organizational development, authority charts and similar
• Plan and conduct internal audit for all affiliates, ensure timely follow up on audit closing
• Secretariat of Regional Steering Committee
• Lead team in setting budget and targets
• Responsible for communicating SAP objectives and goals with Head Office in conjunction with CEO & President of Sysmex Asia Pacific
• Ensure compliance with Security Trade Control Regulations
• Collaborate with QA function to improve overall company risk management
• Support all functions to communicate to Corporate as and when required

Job Requirements:

• MBA in Business Management or equivalent
• More than 10 years of relevant working experience with 5 years of managerial experience and previous position on Director level
• Good knowledge on all relevant regulations
• Strong knowledge in Sales & Marketing / Financials and Business Management and Planning
• Professional use of Microsoft Office
