Senior Associate / Lead, Marketing Communications & Brand Development
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual contributor who excels in both independent work and team leadership to join our growing organization. This role focuses on B2B and/or B2G marketing communications and brand development, playing a pivotal role in advancing Kajima’s innovation agenda, technology, and expertise.The ideal candidate will thrive in a greenfield environment, driving strategic visibility and fostering impactful partnerships while being capable of leading teams and initiatives when required.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Communications Strategy- Develop and implement marketing communication strategies:
- Product marketing:
- Craft compelling content for diverse platforms:
- Ensure consistency and alignment:
- Analyze market trends and feedback:
Continuously monitor the industry landscape, competitor activities, and audience responses to adapt and optimize communication strategies for maximum impact.
Event Management- Plan and execute strategic events:
- Oversee logistics and execution:
- Coordinate with internal teams:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support their event needs.
Metrics, Reporting, Budget Management:
- Define KPIs and measure success:
- Provide data-driven reports:
- Manage budgets efficiently:
Oversee budgets for marketing communications and related activities, ensuring fiscal discipline while preparing accurate forecasts to guide resource allocation.
Partnership Development- Identify and build strategic partnerships:
- Negotiate and finalize agreements:
- Integrate partnerships seamlessly:
Work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful integration of partnerships into ongoing initiatives, maximizing their impact and sustainability.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in business, management, innovation, or a related field. Master’s degree or entrepreneurial experience is a plus.
- Proven experience in partnership and / or marketing communications roles, with a focus on B2B or B2G sectors.
- Energetic and enthusiastic about the startup and technology landscape. Ability to “speak the language” of founders, partners and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team lead, with a track record of delivering results in both roles.
- Demonstrated commercial and business acumen.
- Demonstrated track record of delivery in ambiguous environments.
