Technical Project & Operations Manager
We are seeking for a hands-on Senior Technical Operations and Project Manager, who will be part of the software and infrastructure team of Group Enterprise 5G Paragon product house, to design and implement the Singtel telco edge cloud and facilitate solution designs to onboard customer workloads. In this position you will work with the different development, business, and product teams, to:
Technical Operations:
Incident Response Planning:
- Develop and maintain an incident response plan outlining procedures for handling various types of incidents.
- Ensure all the tickets are resolved by the Operations team within the agreed SLA to the customers.
Incident Triage:
- Assess and prioritize incidents based on severity and impact.
- Initiate appropriate response actions according to the incident response plan.
Incident Documentation:
- Maintain detailed records of incidents, including their nature, impact, and resolution.
- Use incident data for post-incident analysis and reporting.
Post-Incident Analysis:
- Conduct thorough post-incident reviews to identify root causes and preventive measures.
- Share lessons learned with relevant teams and stakeholders.
Customer Satisfaction:
- Monitor and enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Address customer complaints and issues promptly.
- Monthly Operations meeting with customers and incident SLA report submission.
Technical Project Management:
Project Planning and Execution:
- - Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely and successful completion of telco edge cloud projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources and tasks effectively.
Technical Expertise:
- - Possess a deep understanding of telecom technologies, networks, and infrastructure.
- Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and emerging technologies relevant to telecom projects.
Risk Management:
- - Identify potential risks and challenges associated with private edge cloud deployments and Operations.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
Stakeholder Communication:
- - Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, project team members, vendors, and clients.
- Provide regular project updates and reports, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational goals.
Documentation:
- - Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, reports, and technical specifications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Technical Operations, Incident Management, or Technical Project Management within the Telecom or Cloud industry.
- Strong knowledge of telecom technologies, networks, and infrastructure.
- Experience in incident response planning, triage, and post-incident analysis.
- Experience in project planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and allocate resources effectively.
- Strong documentation skills for project plans, technical reports, and incident logs.
