APAC Senior Financial Analyst (US MNC, Medical Devices)

- Conduct in-depth analysis of operating expenses to identify key trends and deliver actionable insights for supply chain, logistics, and distribution functions.
- Oversee and manage month-end, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting for APAC (SEA, Australia, and New Zealand), ensuring timely and precise financial planning.
- Evaluate capital investment proposals and monitor spending to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Provide detailed inventory forecasts and insights, managing provisions for excess and obsolete stock.
- Deliver insightful reports for senior management to support key business decisions.
- Manage cost revaluation activities and annual cost roll processes.
- Ensure accurate new product costing and pricing setup in SAP systems.
- Investigate stock discrepancies and work closely with operations teams for resolution.
- Support stock count processes, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and audit requirements.
- Chartered Accountant or equivalent with a degree in Accounting or Finance.
- At least 6 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Expertise in SAP and Oracle Hyperion; Power BI and Power Query are advantageous.
- Advanced Excel skills with strong financial modeling capabilities.
- Regional reporting experience is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines and thrive under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
