HR Executive (2-Year Contract)

#Salary Up to S$3,000/month

#Location: Easily Accessible via Bedok MRT

#Working Hours / Days: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm / Mondays to Fridays

The company is a healthcare organization and is inviting keen applicants to join its growing team as a HR Executive.

Job Responsibilities

To put up job advertisements or adopt other suitable recruitment strategies to source for the right candidates for Regular and Contract positions;
Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation for new employees
Manage and complete entire off-boarding process
Administer re-employment according to the Retirement and Re-employment Act (RRA)
Process work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
Manage contract renewals

Job Requirements

Min Degree in Human Resource
At least 1 year of experience in Staffing
Assist employees on all HR-related matters
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Familiar with Microsoft Office suite
