  • Job Description:

As a Front Desk and Administrative Executive, you will be the first point of contact for parents, students, and visitors. You will also play a vital role in supporting centre operations and assisting with recruitment activities. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, managing administrative tasks, and contributing to a mission-driven educational environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk & Customer Service
  • Provide a warm, professional welcome to all visitors and parents.
  • Handle walk-in, phone, and email enquiries in a timely and helpful manner.
  • Assist parents with class scheduling, payment-related queries, and other requests.
  • Administrative & Operations Support
  • Manage student registration and maintain enrolment records.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Admin Manager.
  • Monitor and replenish office and pantry supplies.
  • Perform accurate data entry using accounting software (e.g., XERO).
  • Ensure smooth daily operations at the centre.
  • Recruitment & Hiring Support
  • Screen applications for teaching roles and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone or in-person interviews.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with the Director.
  • Maintain applicant records and assist with recruitment tracking.
  • Working Hours:
  • Tuesday – Friday: 12:00 PM to 9:30 PM
  • Saturday: 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM
  • Rest Days: Sunday & Monday
Enjoy a structured 5-day workweek, with fixed off-days and no rotating shifts.
  • Job Requirements:
  • GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Prior experience in front desk, administrative, or customer service roles preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with XERO is an advantage.
  • Experience in HR support or recruitment coordination is a plus.
  • Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
