Research Assistant, Social Service Sector (Government) - Bukit Merah

Location: NCSS, near Buona Vista MRT
Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Research Assistant to work with us on running programme evaluation studies in Singapore’s social service sector. Be part of a small yet fast-paced team set on raising long-term evaluation and research capabilities in social service agencies.The Research Assistant will support the data collection and analysis of metrics under the NCSS Sector Evaluation Framework.
- Questionnaire design and programming on survey platform
- Engage social service agencies to identify survey needs e.g., accommodations for specific service users
- User Acceptance Testing and adjustments to survey platform based on feedback
- Support and coordinate fieldwork operations with multiple social service agencies
- Monitoring and reporting data collection milestones
- Data cleaning and validation
- Data visualisation and analysis
Working Hour:
Mon to Thu 8.30am to 6.00pm, Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm
Salary:
$2500-$2900
