Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinic Operations Executive / Manager to join our dynamic healthcare team. The Clinic Operations Executive / Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services, and maintaining the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Manage and coordinate daily clinic operations, including staffing, scheduling, patient flow, and resource allocation to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Patient Care: Ensure high standards of patient care are maintained, including patient satisfaction, timely service, and adherence to clinical guidelines and protocols.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise clinical and administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure a high level of competency and professionalism.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and clinic policies and procedures.
  • Financial Management: Oversee clinic budgets, manage expenses, and optimize revenue cycles to achieve financial targets.
  • Quality Improvement: Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care, efficiency, and overall clinic performance.
  • Technology Integration: Ensure the effective use of healthcare technology, including electronic medical records (EMR) systems, to support clinical operations and data management.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including medical supplies and equipment, to ensure availability and cost-effectiveness.
  • Customer Service: Foster a patient-centered environment, addressing patient concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Strategic Planning: Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans to enhance clinic services, expand patient base, and improve overall clinic performance.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in clinic or healthcare operations management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and solve problems effectively.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices in clinic operations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in healthcare technology, including EMR systems, billing software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
