Data Scientist - 12 Months Contract - S$Open

Morgan McKinley is seeking a Data Scientist for a 12 month contract assignment with a possibility to extend or to go perm!

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct tailored analyses to define and track critical business metrics, recommending improvements.
• Frame business scenarios and propose impactful features for decision-making.
• Transform requirements into clear insights via reports and dashboards, consolidating data from multiple sources.
• Develop data pipelines and custom data models to address business problems.
• Launch A/B tests, conduct analyses, and provide actionable recommendations based on findings.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years experience as a Data Scientist in data-related fields, preferably in D2C/B2C sectors like E-Commerce or Retail Analytics.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ownership of ambiguous business challenges, with a knack for innovative solutions.
• Proficient in SQL, Python, R, and familiar with designing experiments and data visualization (PowerBI/Tableau).
• Exceptional communication skills to influence teams and stakeholders effectively.
