Our client is a local player in education industry. Due to business needs, our client is now recruiting a Talent Acquisition Executive (1 year Contract) to be part of their HR team. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.

Job Description of Talent Acquisition Executive:

Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business needs.
Drive innovative sourcing to attract diverse, qualified talent.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and recruitment partners.
Oversee onboarding and analyze hiring data for improvements.
Manage HR reports, work pass applications, and contracts.

Requirement

Min Diploma in Human Resource, Business or related study
At least 2 - 3 years of full spectrum recruitment experience
Comfortable with 1 year of contract (Convertible & Renewable)
