Our client is hiring for (Team Leader) Financial Customer Support (Korean speaking) is in charge of credit assessment and credit collection.

Job Responsibilities- Manage the team and individual members to meet KPIs and achieve overall team objectives.
- Manage collections and enhance the Accounts Receivable performance for APAC customers.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (Sales, Operations, Dispute Research Team, Customer Accounts Payable, Logistics, Management, etc.) to address and resolve issues impacting customer payment performance.
- Follow up with customers regarding payments through phone calls.
- Assist customers in resolving billing-related concerns.
- Handle administrative tasks associated with credit and collections.
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in managing team KPIs and engaging with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in communicating with customers via email and phone to fulfill work responsibilities.
- Background in Customer Service, Financial Services, or related Accounting fields.
- Competence in using internal systems for transactions and proficiency in Excel.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Basic English skills for internal communication.
- Business-level proficiency in Korean to interact with Korean-speaking customers in Korea.
- Ability to communicate with customers patiently and accurately.
- A collaborative team player focused on achieving team goals.
