Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and friendly Sales & Marketing Executive to join our preschool team! If you love engaging with people, enjoy working with children, and are passionate about early childhood education, this role is perfect for you.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and execute roadshows, school fairs, and promotional events to increase brand visibility.
• Engage with parents and prospects during events to promote preschool programmes.
• Drive student enrolment by presenting the benefits of our preschool in a warm, professional manner.
• Follow up with enquiries and leads generated from events and digital marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the preschool team to plan marketing strategies and enrolment activities.

Requirements:

• Able to speak and read both Chinese and English (to communicate with diverse parents).
• Good communication and people skills.
• Self-motivated, cheerful, and presentable.
• Willing to work on weekends for roadshows or school events (time off will be given in lieu).
• Experience in sales or education-related marketing is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
