Account Assistant (AR)
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
- Location: Penjuru Area (Transport pick up and drop off at Jurong East MRT Station)
- 6 months Contract role
Responsibilities:
- Generate and issue sales invoices accurately and on time using Ms BC
- Monitor accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted
- Perform regular customer account reconciliations
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and communicate with customers regarding payment status
- Assist in preparing AR reports and aging analysis
- Handle customer queries related to invoicing and payments
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records
- Support month-end closing activities related to AR
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting role
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a strong advantage
