Corporate Secretarial Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Corporate Secretarial Executive to join our team in Singapore. This is a key position that supports corporate governance, client management, and regulatory compliance, contributing directly to the firm’s operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Corporate Compliance and Documentation:
  • Prepare and file statutory documents in compliance with ACRA regulations.
  • Arrange board and shareholder meetings; draft meeting agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
  • Maintain statutory registers and records (e.g., director and shareholder changes, share allotments/transfers).
  • Submit annual returns, financial statements, and regulatory filings on time.
  1. Client and Regulatory Liaison:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding corporate secretarial matters.
  • Advise clients on statutory compliance and notify them of relevant regulatory changes.
  • Liaise with ACRA, IRAS, and other regulatory bodies to ensure timely and accurate submission of required documents.
  1. Internal Collaboration and Coordination:
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to facilitate smooth workflows and communication.
  • Provide regulatory insights and support to domestic colleagues in business operations.
  • Actively participate in project planning, sharing compliance expertise to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  1. Professional Development and Special Projects:
  • Attend industry seminars and events to stay current with developments in the corporate secretarial field.
  • Undertake special projects and assignments as directed by management to support strategic objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Corporate Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial work, with a solid understanding of ACRA regulations and company law.
  • Good command of English for communication, both spoken and written. Knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
