Business development manager - Bukit Merah
Reporting to the General Manager, the incumbent will be leading a team in the Corporate Banking Department of the Singapore Branch.
The Business Development Manager is responsible for maintaining and deepening account relationships with existing clients as well as prospecting for new corporate clients. Well versed with credit applications, structuring of credit facilities including trade and treasury products, candidate should possess a strong business network in Indonesia with a proven track record in business development.
The individual needs to have the leadership gravitas, influence and strong presence to lead a team. In addition, the individual needs to coordinate well with the branch’s other department heads as well as head office counterparts.
Job Requirements:
- University or Master degree with more than 10 years of relevant working experience preferably in the banking industry in Indonesia or Singapore
- Possesses strong interest in and understanding of economics and financial markets
- Excellent leadership skills; able to build, lead and manage a team
- Familiar with the business cultures of Indonesian organizations and the ability to converse and formulate reports in Bahasa to Head Office
