Morgan McKinley is hiring for a Digital Branch Ambassador! This role is for a 6-months contract with our client in the financial services institution with 40+ million customers.
As a Digital Branch Ambassador, you will play a key role in the company's digital transformation by helping customers adopt and utilize our digital banking solutions. Your responsibilities will focus on enhancing customer experience, promoting digital banking, and reducing reliance on traditional counter services.You will proactively engage with walk-in customers, guiding them through the company's digital platforms, including mobile banking, online banking, ATMs, and multi-function machines (MFMs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Digital Adoption – Actively encourage and assist walk-in customers in registering for and using the company's mobile banking app.
- Customer Education & Support – Provide hands-on guidance to customers on using the company's self-service platforms, including ATMs, MFMs, mobile banking, and online banking.
- Enhance Customer Experience – Address digital banking-related inquiries, troubleshoot common issues, and simplify processes for a seamless banking experience.
- Optimize Queue Management – Engage with customers waiting in line, identifying those who can be assisted through mobile or self-service channels instead of the branch counter.
- Support Elderly Customers – Offer patient and clear guidance to elderly customers, helping them understand and use digital banking solutions.
- Gather Customer Feedback – Collect insights on customer challenges with digital banking and provide feedback to internal teams to improve the company's digital services.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Finance/Business/IT/Computer Science or equivalent
- With 1 year of related experience in customer service, banking, or digital support roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and educate customers effectively.
- Comfortable with digital banking platforms, including the mobile app, online banking, and self-service machines.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, capable of identifying customer needs and recommending suitable digital solutions.
