Job Scope
- The HR Executive is responsible for handling the administration of day-to-day HR duties and operations in the Southeast Asia and Pacific region. He/She is responsible in supporting the Regional HR Manager on compensation and benefits, recruiting, training and employee engagement activities.
- Payroll administration for SEAP subsidiaries with external payroll service provider
- Prepare data for employee annual income reporting to IRAS and/or IR21 filling
- Support internal & external audit on payroll queries
- Source competitive quotes and maintain group insurance coverage (Term Life/Accidental/Health/Travel/Motor/Workmen Comp)
