Responsibilities:

Daily handling of customer enquiries, requests, and feedback via email and company hotline, ensuring timely closures.
Assist customers to register their membership particulars online and provide monthly summary report to Retail Management.
Coordinate and arrange logistics for retail stations in Singapore
Handle Procurement and manage tender process and normal purchasing of products and services.

Requirements:

Degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent.
Individual with at least 2-5 years working experience in a fast-paced environment.
Possess customer service, customer-relationship, and/or purchasing related experience.
