Key Responsibilities:
- Perform startups, shutdowns, and system checks on servers, racks, and network equipment
- Troubleshoot hardware issues and replace faulty components
- Follow standard procedures for decommissioning and hardware refreshes
- Report incidents and escalate when necessary
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience supporting IT equipment or related tech
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and servers
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
