Key Responsibilities:
- Makes travel arrangements for staff such as booking flights, cars, hotel or restaurant reservations
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provides administrative support to the research team

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- 3 to 5 years of administrative assistant experience
- Mandarin speaking is required to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft
