Woodlands - Operations Controller

Job Description:

• Obtain customer trip requirements from Charter Sales teams, including date, route, departure/arrival times, number of passengers, primary passenger details and contact phone numbers.
• Compile a complete profile of needs associated with each flight, including requirements for crew/passenger entry, transportation, CIQ information, and any additional unique information that may be required due to the nature of the trip
• Ensure all trips are planned and set up in a safe and efficient manner in compliance with aviation regulations and established company policies.
• Provide coordination and support services for all aspects of flight operations including the monitoring of daily flight operations to ensure effective and efficient execution.
• Review trip requirements against aircraft status, airport parameters, weather forecast and passenger requirements
• Checking of vendor invoices and ensuring the invoices are accurate in accordance with the service rendered.
• Support the review and improvement of systems and business processes
• Other tasks as assigned by Management

Qualifications:

• Diploma holder or equivalent with experience in Trip Support planning in the region or Worldwide
• Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken) and possess good communication skills
• Must be able to work autonomously and demonstrate high level of team work, coping with the everyday challenges in Business Aviation
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Proficient in using Scheduling Software (Jet-Insight) and ARINCdirect is an added advantage
• FAA Dispatch license holder is an added advantage
• Willing to work shifts and on weekends
