Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Digital Marketing and Performance Executive to join our team. This role will involve implementing a comprehensive social media strategy, managing paid media campaigns, and leveraging SEO to enhance brand visibility.

You will work closely with internal teams to manage content and campaigns while contributing to business development through strategic social media and SEO insights.

Proficiency in a range of digital tools and platforms will be key to delivering successful results.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media & Content Management
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement across all platforms, incorporating both organic and paid media campaigns.
  • Strategise, plan, and manage promotions and social ad campaigns, integrating them with the company’s and clients’ overall marketing campaign plans and channels.
  • Collaborate with the team to curate and manage all published content (images, video, and written), ensuring optimisation for social SEO to enhance visibility and search rankings.
  • Execute On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO duties to drive organic traffic and improve rankings.
  • Conduct online advocacy and initiate cross-promotions, leveraging paid partnerships and influencer marketing where applicable (project-dependent, not an ongoing scope).
  • Analyse key metrics and adjust strategies as needed, providing regular reports on social media performance, including the impact of paid campaigns and SEO efforts on company and client business objectives.
Business Development
  • Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products, and services, using insights from social media activities and broader market research.
  • Think strategically by setting objectives to improve business performance and leveraging social media trends and user engagement for new business opportunities.
  • Implement operational changes by integrating SEO and social media insights into business development strategies.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products or services, utilising this knowledge in social media content creation and paid campaigns, and advising potential partners or clients.
  • Train team members and arrange external training (with management) where appropriate to maintain a consistent and up-to-date approach to paid media campaigns and SEO strategies.

  • Data Analytics: Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends and customer preferences to guide both digital marketing and business development decisions.
  • Technology Application: Effectively utilise tools such as CRM platforms and AI powered technologies to streamline marketing processes and enhance customer engagement.
  • SEO and SEM: Utilise search engine optimisation and marketing techniques to drive traffic and improve lead generation.
  • Performance Campaign Management: Implement advanced digital marketing tactics, including GTM and Performance Max, to optimise paid media campaigns.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, presenting digital strategies that meet their needs.
  • Problem Solving: Think critically and develop solutions to marketing and business challenges using social media and SEO insights.
  • Digital PR: Experience in managing online reputation, influencer marketing, and cross-platform promotion to build brand visibility.
  • SEO: Knowledge in On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO to enhance search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • SEM: Proficiency in managing paid search campaigns through platforms like Google Ads, optimising for cost-per-click and cost-per-acquisition.
  • Performance Max & GTM Setup: Experience with Performance Max campaigns and Google Tag Manager to automate multi-channel advertising and accurately track conversions.
  • Meta Advertising: Expertise in running and optimising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram using Meta Ads Manager for audience targeting and conversion tracking.
  • TikTok Advertising: Ability to manage TikTok Ads, leveraging in-feed ads and viral trends to engage with audiences and drive campaign objectives.
