Job Description
We are seeking a Personal Assistant & Admin Executive to provide high-level administrative support to our Director. This role is perfect for someone who is meticulous, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be the right-hand person to the Director, ensuring smooth operations and efficient management of their schedule, communications, and office administration.
Roles and Responsibilities- Executive Support:
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the Director.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
- Office Administration:
Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting.
- Client Interaction:
Assist in preparing client meeting materials and follow-up documentation.
- Project Coordination:
Track project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Confidentiality:
Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Requirements- Local Diploma from a Local Polytechnic
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role (e.g., executive assistant, administrative executive, or office manager).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented mindset.
