3 Months Maintenance Technician #EEF - Geylang

Conduct basic troubleshooting on equipment, devices and products to identify and resolve issues

• Set up and operate production equipment in alignment with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Collaborate with the production team to plan and schedule maintenance activities
• Follow up on equipment repairs to ensure timely completion and functionality
• Conduct basic diagnosis and provide effective solutions for breakdowns and minor stoppages
• Observe equipment for abnormalities and offer appropriate solutions for repair or adjustment
• Ensure that maintenance and validation activities are performed according to specifications and within the designated timeframes
• Provide support for facilities, including installation of new equipment, repairs, and replacement of damaged components
• Document and report any faults, issues or irregularities found during routine inspections to the supervisor
• Ensure smooth execution of maintenance tasks while adhering to safety protocols and procedures
• Implement proper isolation procedures (LOTO) to minimize potential hazards before releasing equipment for installation or maintenance tasks. Perform system checks and ensure everything is normalized
• Perform any other tasks as assigned

Eligible for Meal allowance ($80) and Transport allowance ($190)

Fixed working time of 9am to 9pm with 4 working days per week (Mon to Sun)
