Logistics Coordinator (Must have knowledge in Air/Sea freight)- UP $3300+AWS+VB - Toa Payoh

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to plan product delivery schedules and restocks, ensuring compliance with internal shipping guidelines.
• Oversee the import and export procedures for finished goods, coordinating with local warehouses and logistics providers.
• Ensure inventory accuracy across local and international warehouses, conducting cycle counts and managing product disposal.
• Optimize logistics costs and processes, liaising with 3rd party providers and ensuring timely, accurate shipments of promotional materials.
• Manage logistics operations, monitor 3rd party performance, verify billing invoices, and provide regular product availability reports.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics or relevant
• Knowledge in import and export procedures for Air/Sea freight
• Knowledge in Incoterms 2020
