Description and Requirements
Sales plan will be based on total Singapore sell out for Consumer products.
Retail marketing :
Managed retail marketing which includes merchandising POSM deployment (with 2 merchandisers), build brand presence at retail stores which is align to retail brand guideline.
Ensure adequate demo display share at retail stores.
Consistently reviewing the merchandising effort as well as demo display share at each store.
Plan and manage GSP budgets for store rental, renovation, roadshow co-ordination and miscellaneous under retail marketing.
Promoters management :
Responsible for recruitment and retention of good promoters, hiring, attracting the right talents, initiating team bonding activities, career roadmap and development of promoters.
Manage promoter budgets and track E/R of promoter expense.
Monitor and review promoters' compensation scheme against competition which includes roadshows, ensure compensation package is competitive.
Mapping and deploying the right promoters to the right stores
Monitor competition promoters' landscape and share insights with team regularly
Training and enablement to promoters and store salesmen:
Work with trainer to train promoters and store salesmen on Lenovo product range and key benefits and selling points
Sell Out tracking and cadence :
Share sell out trend and insights. Identify and call out any potential risk or inventory issues.
Monitor competition's sell out activities and promotion via regular promoters update
Region Dashboards and BMS:
Update region dashboards and BMS, provide updates and input for region reviews and quarterly/yearly plans.
