About the role

This part-time Experienced Financial Telemarketer role provides an excellent opportunity for those with a passion for financial planning and customer service. Based in Raffles Place, this position will play a key part in supporting the company's financial services offerings.

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Manulife's financial planning solutions
• Engage customers professionally, providing relevant information about our products and services
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions
• Follow up on customer enquiries and assist with the application process
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and pipeline activities
• Work closely with the sales team to support new business generation

• Singaporeans or Singapore Permanent Residents available to work on Monday to Friday, 10am-4pm OR 12pm-5pm
• At least 1 year of experience in financial telemarketing or a similar customer-facing role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Basic understanding of financial planning and investment solutions
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction
• Proficient in English and Mandarin (to communicate with a diverse client base)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
